We are seeking an ambitious GIS Analyst with at least 12 months` commercial experience to add to the skill base of our already successful client. Based in Leicestershire, this permanent opportunity combines specialist theoretical knowledge and sharp commercial awareness. The role will involve developing GI applications, integrating these new and existing GI applications with other enterprise systems, and deliver outstanding GIS solutions.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years` good working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS tools such as ArcIMS or ArcSDE, although this could be gained through study or training. They will have proved their excellent contribution in both an individual and a team environment, and will demonstrate their strengths in written and oral communication.
The practical skills with ArcGIS tools are essential, and any applicant with full product life cycle experience would have an advantage. This opportunity would be ideal for anyone with a sound GIS background who is looking to use and improve their talent for development.
